Before your first Holotropic Breathwork I have a phone intake wher ewe revie your medical health.  There is also a medical form to fill before you attend.

Amongst the most important contraindications: Pregnancy, cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, glaucoma, epilepsy, acute infectious illness, recent surgery or fractures, or history of severe mental disorder or other psychiatric hospitalization.
