Suggestions post-RETREAT :
Pause ... take a breath ... alllow ... contemplate ...
- Make connection with your sacred space once in your day, at the beginning or at the end is often helpful.
- Take a moment to notice in quiet with it and then when meeting it, notice it anything feels new, different, surprising, etc. Perhaps something doesn't work for you any more ?
- Trust and allow it to be a dynamic process !
- Here are some contemplations to write journal :
- How did I feel when we started and how do I feel now… Emotional, somatic, spiritual levels?
- What were the high points /low points? Learnings?
- Openings, tender moments? Big or small AHA’S, breakthrough’s, realizations, what are you curious about? etc.
- How I am inviting my new emergence ?
- Create a collage of all or one insight that feels relevant and learnings from the weekend and place in your altar.
