MUJERES, ALTARES Y MILAGRITOS -
WOMEN, ALTARS & SMALL MIRACLES


In this group we will share stories and messages received
from the women before us, that which we want to release from the legacy and that which we want to celebrate.
 
We will experience and explore how these stories have shaped our bodies, our psyche and the relationship to ourselves and others.  As well, what is our own unique story and contribution to the lineage.  To do this, we will use the expressive arts and mostly altar / ofrenda creation.  

Altars are a powerful way of honoring those before us, as well as creating and holding intentions for the transformation of legacy stories. 

We will practice altar work as a canvas / sacred space in movement, that enhances a deeper connection to ourselves, our relations and ancestors, and the great mystery.
